Aylin M. Bello, MA, RPsy is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the Philippines.

Aylin specializes in Trauma-Informed approaches and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She also teaches as a part-time lecturer at the University of Asia and the Pacific. Volunteering and providing equal opportunity for mental health services is one of her advocacies. During the early part of her career, she had been an active volunteer for leadership programs and development of Pathways to Higher Education. Moreover, she also actively volunteered in providing psychoeducation to individuals  in prison through the Skwelehang Sikolohiya Inc., volunteer group, and to individuals who have addiction-related concerns, and who are attending programs in a Rehabilitation Center in Rizal. She also took part in a conducting Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Program for students of public schools in Quezon City.

She also engages in assessment and research. Her research interests include help-seeking, risk-taking, parent-child relationship, parenting, and emotion regulation. She has published some of her works and has presented in both national and international conventions and conferences. As her advocacy includes normalizing help-seeking and fighting the stigma on mental health, she co-created and co-hosted the official podcast of the LS Office of Guidance and Counseling in the Ateneo de Manila University, the Coffee-sations with Your Counselors. This podcast provides relatable information, psychoeducation, and discussion on topics about wellness and mental health.
