Solution Focused Brief Therapy
Level 1 Workshop
In the Level 1 program, you’ll learn how to:
SFBT Level 1 Part 1: Focuses on building the Solution Focus mindset and the SFBT competencies needed to conduct a complete first session and how to adapt to quick coaching situations
SFBT Level 1 Part 2: Learn how to conduct follow up sessions, as well as refine skills in Developing Goals and other SFBT micro-skills.
Minimum Requirements
- College graduate or equivalent professional experience
- Basic active listening and interviewing skills
Level 2 Workshop
In the Level 1 program, you’ll learn how to:
SFBT Level 2 Part 1: This module will focus on applying the Solution Focused techniques in working with various grief and loss issues.
SFBT Level 2 Part 2: This module will focus on applying the Solution Focused techniques in working with various couples and family issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Completion of Level 1 Certification is required before joining this workshop
