Her therapeutic approach is integrative, combining person-centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and expressive arts therapy to meet the needs of each client. She values creativity in the healing process and often incorporates art-based interventions to help clients express and process their experiences.

Alyssa is affiliated with the Evelyn D. Guided by the belief that mental health care is a right, not a privilege, she remains committed to serving communities and advancing accessible mental health initiatives in the Philippines. Para sa bayan, para sa kapwa.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her lifting weights, making art, or enjoying quiet moments with her beloved cat.
