SUBSIDIZED COUNSELING PROGRAM
COUNSELING THERAPY MADE MORE ACCESSIBLE
The Subsidized Counseling Program provides counseling services to the marginalized community or to those who need but cannot afford mental health counseling.
There are clients referred by social service organizations, victims’ services, schools and universities, self-referrals, and other non-profit organizations.
We also partner with community agencies, and other groups who serve local urban poor communities such as community frontliners / responder / workers / carers, in order to provide counseling services at their locations to reach a greater number of individuals and families in need.
Objectives of the program
- Make counseling / therapy more accessible to those in financial need by offering the service at discount rates
- Serve as a platform to expand our reach to vulnerable and marginalized communities
WHO DO WE HELP?
The Subsidized Counseling Program is available to individuals who are unemployed, uninsured, unable to receive public or private help, or unable to afford counseling services. These include individuals that are struggling with situations such as unemployment, job loss, life changes, etc.
