Description
Arriane is a licensed psychologist and she uses evidenced-based approaches in therapy such as Person-centered, Emotion-Focused strategies, Mindfulness-based strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative therapy, Solution-Focused Brief therapy and Sand tray modality. She has worked across varied demographics, spanning children, adolescents, young adults, and the middle adult population. Aside from being a consultant psychologist, she is also a faculty member of the Department of Psychology at Ateneo De Manila University.
In addition, she is engaged in research and presented a paper on resilience and emotion regulation at the Philippine Association of Psychologists (PAP) National Convention as part of her commitment to the advancement of the field. Her research interests include self-efficacy, positive psychology, emotion regulation, and parenting. Lastly, Arriane dedicated her time as a volunteer in the Mental Resilience Training for the Philippine Air Force and was part of the Bayanihan E-Konsulta’s Mental Health Program during the pandemic, underscoring her advocacy for mental health.
