Alessandra “Aless” Arpon is a clinical and counseling psychologist specializing in education, research, assessment, and mental health awareness in both clinical and workplace settings. She serves as a counselor and a training supervisor in In Touch Community Services and holds the co-chair position of the Psychological Association of the Philippines – Counseling Psychology Division.
Aless conducts individual coaching, counseling, and psychotherapy for clinical and workplace-related issues. She is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) practitioner, and a workplace wellness coach. Aside from individual-level interventions, Aless also designs and conducts workshops, learning sessions, and community-based interventions.
Aless is a 5th placer in the board exam for psychologists in 2017, a graduate of BS Psychology in Far Eastern Manila with a Magna Cum Laude distinction, MS in Clinical Psychology and PhD in Counseling Psychology from De La Salle University Manila, an excellence awardee of a post-graduate diploma in Workplace Learning and Development from De La Salle-College of St. Benilde, and with on-going Global MBA from the University of Western Australia. She has training from world-renowned institutes such as Beck Institute, Behavioral Tech Institute, and Workplace Options and is currently in the supervision stage of the Beck Institute CBT certification program.
