We are pleased to announce that our Penelope Case Management system is now LIVE. This will automate and streamline our processes from scheduling, appointment booking, email notifications, record tracking and more.
 
One of the key benefits of this new system is that it delivers a better support experience to our clients. Our transacting clients will now receive email notifications from “Social Solution” with the following details:
 
For Direct clients:
1. Initial forms to accomplish (for new clients only)
2. Payment guidelines
3. Appointment confirmation
 
For Corporate clients:
1. Initial forms to accomplish (for new clients only)
2. Appointment confirmation
 
You will also be notified of any updates in your booked appointments, i.e. rescheduling and cancellations.
