In Touch Rolls Out New Case Management System, ERIC

Our new Case Management System, Enterprise Resource Information and Control (ERIC), is now LIVE!

We are pleased to announce that our new case management system, Enterprise Resource Information and Control or ERIC, is now being used in our counseling operations. This new system is designed to make appointment coordination easier and more efficient.

Clients may now receive system-generated emails regarding appointment confirmations, required forms, payment instructions (for direct clients), and appointment updates, such as rescheduling or cancellations.

To ensure you receive important appointment-related information, please regularly check your email inbox, including your spam or junk folders. Note that official In Touch correspondence will only be sent from emails ending with in-touch.org.
