The In Touch team composed of counselors, Youth Advocacy Program leads and volunteers recently conducted a successful seminar on “Creating a Better Workplace: Using the Solution-Focused Approach“ for the guidance counselors and school faculty members of the Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) and its network of feeder schools located within and outside of Metro Manila.

The seminar was much lauded by participants for its relevance to issues being experienced by school-based guidance counselors and administrators. In Touch has specially designed the training to ensure takeaways included learning different tools that will help trainees provide a safe space for people to work out their stressors and learn the benefits of workplace counseling.
