Kapihan Learning Session May 2026 — Reclaiming Your Energy: A Work-Life Reset

Living a balanced life means being able to care for your energy and set healthy boundaries. In this workshop, we invite participants to reflect on their current routines and find a rhythm that feels more manageable and fulfilling. With simple and actionable strategies, we will learn how to better support their well-being at work and beyond.

MEET OUR SPEAKERS

Cheryl Tom-Wong is a licensed psychologist with a background in Developmental Psychology and trauma-informed care. She is particularly interested in supporting teens, families, and communities navigating emotional distress.

Vincent Monsalud has been a registered Psychometrician since 2023, spending multiple years providing in-the-moment emotional support for different people from various backgrounds. He believes in destigmatizing and encouraging discourse on mental health issues. He also advocates for the establishment of proper and accessible mental health services, and the creation of supportive care-focused spaces within local communities.
