FREE WEBINAR | Introduction to Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) 2026
In Touch Community Services, Inc. is inviting all mental health professionals and HR practitioners to join us for a FREE webinar on the Introduction to
Last May 18 – 19, 2026, we had the privilege of conducting an Online Mental Health Workshop for the dedicated LGU workers of Sorsogon. Together, we created a safe space for learning, reflection, and meaningful conversations on mental health and wellness.
Day 1 focused on Mental Health 101, strengthening awareness, understanding, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
Day 2 featured our Peer Wellness Response Workshop, an interactive training designed to equip participants with basic SAVE skills, empowering them to better support colleagues and community members, followed by a reflective processing session.
We are inspired by the active participation, openness, and commitment of every participant in becoming advocates of mental wellness within their workplace and community.
Our heartfelt gratitude to the leadership and unwavering support of Honorable Mayor Ester Hamor, Councilor Angelu Ravanilla, Councilor Dr. Rolando Dealca, Councilor Jason Jamisola, and Dr. Jazel Calleja for championing initiatives that prioritize the mental health and well-being of public servants and the people of Sorsogon and to our Facilitators, Ms. Agnes Nano and Ms. Chery Tom Wong.
Together, we continue building a community where support, empathy, and wellness thrive.
