Kapihan Learning Session May 2026 — Reclaiming Your Energy: A Work-Life Reset
Living a balanced life means being able to care for your energy and set healthy boundaries. In this workshop, we invite participants to reflect on
In Touch Community Services, Inc. is inviting all mental health professionals and HR practitioners to join us for a FREE webinar on the Introduction to Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). The session will include a replay of the lecture recording, a live demonstration, and a Q&A at the end.
SFBT is a goal-oriented and forward-looking approach to brief counseling/therapy that emphasizes the value of tapping on people’s skills, strengths, and resources. As an evidence-based intervention, it is highly effective in helping practitioners and clients look beyond their problems and focus on what is possible—to find solutions which can be carried out in small, workable steps.
Our speakers for this webinar are Master SF Practitioners credentialed by the International Alliance of SF Training Institute (IASTI):
➤ Maria Angela (Jelly) Virata, RGC, RPsy, MSFP, PCC
➤ Agnes Hautea Nano, MSFP, PCC, CSMC
