Crisis line

 

As the primary outreach service of ITCS, Crisis Line provides a confidential, listening ear for individuals facing problems or challenges that they don't know how to deal with.

People suffering from marital and relationship problems, abuse, alcoholism, stress and anxiety, job loss, financial problems, difficult teenagers and other emotional problems can turn to Crisis Line for help. Callers maintain anonymity and receive free and professional accessibility to:

  • Friendly, well-trained volunteers who can help with a variety of issues and problems in a non-judgmental and emphatic manner
  • Referrals to shelters and other specialized organizations
  • Information about community resources from an extensive, current data bank
